B.Sc(Hons) MA(RCA) MA(UCB) MBA RIBA

Principal Copywiter

Mark has a broad range of business experience. He is a qualified architect, and has worked for both large commercial firms and his own practice on schemes ranging from large-scale international leisure resorts to private residential projects, as well as working at various times as a lighting designer, interior designer, graphic designer and multimedia producer. For 12 years he was also involved in Local Government as a Surrey County Councillor, giving him insight into the running of Local Government and political campaigning.

Effective writing has been an intrinsic part of Mark's working life. Whether selling the idea of a scheme for a Planning Application or arguing the case for specific aspects of a project. All require more than just crafting words to push an idea, resulting in Mark developing his ability to understand technical arguments and phrase them in a clear and persuasive manner.

Mark studied architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London and the Royal College of Art in London, completed a Masters degree in design at the University of California at Berkeley, USA and completed an MBA at the University of Surrey.
